Peppermint fudge

  • 400gs cadbury dream white chocolate block/s
  • 1/2 tspn green food color
  • I use master chef or ameri color brand
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 2 tspns peppermint essence ( or more or less depending how u like it .
DIRECTIONS
  1. Turn slow cooker on high once heated
  2. Place all ingrediants
  3. Stirring every 5 - 10 mins
  4. Until thick and creamy
  5. Place into a silicone loaf pan
  6. And refrigerate for 2 hrs or until firm
  7. Once fudge has set take a small cake spatula and trim between the fudge and silicone mould to help loosen fudge from sides for easy removal.
  8. Cut into desired sized bars.
  9. Keep in mind these bars will be thick.
