Peppery Bean Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup thawed frozen lima beans
  • 1 cup canned red kidney beans
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup chick peas
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced diagonally
  • 1 red bell pepper - seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fat Free creamy peppercorn ranch salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Rinse and drain all beans. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
