Peppy Pasta
  • One Onion, chopped
  • One Red Pepper, chopped
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Olive Oil
  • Spaghetti
  1. Cook pasta as directed. Saute onion, garlic, and red pepper. Pour sauteed vegetables over pasta. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Add parsley. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  2. For next day: Serve cold like a salad.
