  • 1 cup fresh or frozen basil
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp dried garlic flakes
  • or 1 clove of fresh garlic
  1. Blend on all ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Evenly coat your choice of noodles - serve immediately.
  3. Recipe - Options
  4. Use Kale in place of basil, or mix it up with chard, kale and basil.
  5. Use Walnuts in place of pine nuts, or mix a bit of each.
  6. Add sun dried tomatoes or black olives.
  7. If you made more than you will use at once. Freeze in ice cube trays, then pop into a plastic bag or container and store in your freezer.
