Pete Martinez's Mexican Corn Recipe
  • Cooking Time: 10 - 20 minutes
  • 3-5 cans of corn (you can substitute corn on the cob)
  • Tajin fruit seasoning (located in the fruit section)
  • Valentina hot sauce (red label)
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise or margarine
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Limes
  1. Boil corn in hot water
  2. (cans of corn usually take about 10 minutes. Corn on the cob takes about 15-20 minutes)
  3. Canned corn: Fill a cup half way with corn
  4. Add all other ingredients, mix all together
  5. Corn on the cob:
  6. melt butter/margarine all over the corn
  7. next cover in mayonnaise
  8. then mix all over ingredients together in cup or bowl and sprinkle over corn
