Phillip's Zesty Baked Chicken
  • 15 ounces thawed Phillips Crab & Shrimp Chowder
  • 1 cup converted rice
  • (4) 4-6 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 14 ounce can of chicken broth
  1. In an 8x8 inch baking dish, pour 1 cup converted rice. Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the rice. Add the can of chicken broth and the thawed soup. Pour the soup directly over the chicken breasts. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or until the rice has absorbed the liquid and is tender.
