INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small box lemon or strawberry jello
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 large can milnot evaporated milk (canned), chilled
  • Crust
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 lb. box of graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 9x 13 pan
DIRECTIONS
  1. For crust, roll graham crackers. Mix with powdered sugar and melted butter. Line dish with mixture. Save a little bit of the mixture for the top. For filling, dissolve jello in hot water. Let cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add cold Jello and mix well. Whip Milnot until thick then fold into the Jello and cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Top cheesecake with remaining crumbs and chill.
