Pico de Gallo
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.
