Pinapple Chicken
  • Servings: 8
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 20-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 onion, quartered
  1. In a gallon baggie, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, broth, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder. Add chicken, pineapple and onion. Seal Bag. Toss to coat and place in frig overnight.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; lightly oil the grill pan. Thread chicken, pineapple and onion alternately onto skewers. Grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until chicken juices run clear. Makes 8 servings.
