Pineapple Baked Chicken

  • Cooking Time: 60 to 80
  • 3/4 c. (8 3/4 oz. can) drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients well, together.
  2. Bake 6 to 8 chicken parts.
  3. Season to taste; salt, pepper, garlic powder and 1 stick butter.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in oven at 350 degrees. Drain off 3/4 of drippings.
  5. Pour glaze over chicken and bake another 30 to 40 minutes.
  6. Baste occasionally, until deep golden brown and tender.
