Pineapple Bavarian Cream Cake

  • Cake:
  • 1 box Yellow Butter cake mix
  • 1 (11oz) can Mandarin Oranges (with juice)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2c oil
  • Icing:
  • 1 (8oz) Cool Whip
  • 1 small box Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 (20oz) can crushed Pineapples (with juice)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven @ 350
  2. Prepare 3 (8 inch) pans
  3. Cake mix until well blended. Pour evenly into prepared cake pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Test for doneness with toothpick.

  5. Combine and mix well. Frost cooled cakes.
