Pineapple Cake
INGREDIENTS
- Cake
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 teasp. soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- with juice
- 1 Cup choped pecans
- Cream Cheese Icing
- 8oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 Cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick margarine (softened)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all cake ingredients- Put in greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake 350 until done. 30-40 minutes.
- Frost with cream cheese icing.
