Pineapple Casserole
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30
  • 2 cn (large) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 5 tb Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c Rushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 Stick melted margarine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix sugar and flour.
  2. Sprinkle over drained pineapple in casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top, then cracker crumbs.
  4. Pour melted margarine over all.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes - do not over cook.
