Pineapple Cheese Ball
  • 3 packages 8 oz cream cheese
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 3 T finely chopped green pepper
  • 4 T Seasoned Salt
  • 2 T finely chopped onion
  • 1 C chopped walnuts
  1. Drain pineapple, then press between several paper towels until as much liquid is removed as possible.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, and seasoned salt.
  3. Roll in chopped walnuts until covered, just before serving.
  4. Serve with crackers of your choice.
  5. Note: Flavor of the cheese ball is enhanced when made a few days ahead.
