Pineapple Cheese Ball
  • 2 8oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 8oz. can crushed drained pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  1. Combine cream cheese and pineapple and form into 2 balls.
  2. Roll both in pecans and refrigerate.
  3. This is good served with vanilla wafers!
  4. note: The original recipe included adding 1/4 c. chopped green pepper and 2 tsp. minced onion. We prefer it without.
I got this from an old community cookbook and tweaked it to our liking. It's great for holiday parties or anytime.
