• Cooking Time: 10
• 1 C. shortening
• 1 C. granulated sugar
• 1 C. brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1 C. chopped pecans
• 1 t. soda
• 4 C. flour

1. Cream sugars and shortening. Add eggs and pineapple. Blend. Add vanilla, pecans, and soda. Add flour gradually. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees.

This is an old recipe that I recieved from a friend years ago. This cookie is a soft tasty cookie that conjures up memories of my youth!! Some things never go out of style.
