Pineapple Delight
  • 32 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 30 graham crackers (crushed)
  • 5 tbsps of butter (melted)
  • 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 pint of whipping cream
  1. Melt the marshmallows in milk and let cool.
  2. Mix the graham wafers and melted butter, reserve 3 tbsps and press the rest into a 9x13 pan. Drain the pineapple
  3. Whip the whipping cream and mix together then add the melted marshmallows.
  4. Pour over the crust and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  5. Chill before serving.
