Pineapple Log
INGREDIENTS
- 1 – 8oz cream cheese
- Chopped pecans
- 3 heaping tbsp Pineapple ice cream topping
DIRECTIONS
- Beat together with electric mixer until well blended the cream cheese and pineapple.
- Put mixture in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Shape into log or ball.
- Roll in chopped pecans.
- Serve with crackers.
