Pineapple Log

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 – 8oz cream cheese
  • Chopped pecans
  • 3 heaping tbsp Pineapple ice cream topping
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat together with electric mixer until well blended the cream cheese and pineapple.
  2. Put mixture in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Shape into log or ball.
  4. Roll in chopped pecans.
  5. Serve with crackers.
