Pineapple Salsa
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 can Tidbit Pineapple
  • 2 Serrano Chile Pepper, Minced
  • Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  1. *Finely mince the serranos and add to bowl with the pineapple
  2. *Finely chop the cilantro and add to the bowl (unfortunately I am completely guess on the amount of doesn't take much! If you add too much it will not only be too strong, but will remove the spiciness...start slow and add as necessary....if too spicy just add more cilantro)

  4. *Best way to use up salsa (or make a new batch specifically for this dish) is combine pineapple salsa with fresh cut strawberries and use as a relish/topping over grilled is incredible! Sounds like a weird combination, but works...just the salsa on ham or chicken is delicious as well
  5. *I have accidentally used 2 cans of crushed pineapple and it works just fine too
