• 2c. Cooked and drained rice, regular or instant.... cooled to room temp.
• 1/2c sugar
• 1 t. Vanilla
• 1 12oz. Cool whip
• 20oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 10oz.jar of Marachino cherries, drained and cut in half

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serve.

It is a recipe closest to a dish I would have at a local buffet.
