Pistachio Crusted Salmon

  • 2-4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbls of water
  • 2 tbls of soy sauce
  • 1 tbls fresh grated ginger root
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • 2 tsp light parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp parsley
  1. marinade salmon fillets in soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic and sesame oil for 30 ins. Spray baking sheet. Place salmon fillets on and brush generously with marinade. then sprinkle on pistachio, covering upside. sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top of fillets then sprinkle small amount of parsley for color. Bake at 350 F for 20 mins.
I found a recipe on a website and then I revised it. It was the best salmon I've ever had!
