Pistachio Parmesan Truffles

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • ½ t group cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups chopped pistachio nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix cheeses and cayenne pepper. Form mixture into small balls.
  2. Roll in pistachios.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  4. Serve with warm toasted french bread.
