Pistachio Parmesan Truffles
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- ½ t group cayenne pepper
- 2 cups chopped pistachio nuts
DIRECTIONS
- Mix cheeses and cayenne pepper. Form mixture into small balls.
- Roll in pistachios.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Serve with warm toasted french bread.
