Pistachio Pudding

  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 16 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Whip cream until stiff peaks form, refrigerate. Put pudding mix in a large bowl, add pineapple with juice and mix well. Stir in half of whipped cream, stirring well. Refrigerate until serving. Spoon into pretty glasses, top with remaining whipped cream and serve.

An old fashioned dessert from the 50's that we called the "green stuff". Still tasty.
