Pizza Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups cheese
  • Your favorite toppings (sausage, chicken, ground beef, ham, canadian bacon, pepperoni, pineapple, green pepper, onion, etc)
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2) Cut loaf of bread in half (lengthwise). For the half that was the top of the bread: cut peaks off to make a flat surface so the bread is not tipped while in the oven.
  3. 3) Spread 1/2 cup of sauce on each half. Then top with desired toppings and place 1 cup of cheese over each half.
  4. 4) Place halves onto baking sheet and put into preheated oven for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes is up put under the broiler for 2-3 minutes to get the cheese browned and bubbly.

This is a easy meal to make any time of the day. I just whipped it up at work for a quick and easy lunch.
