Pizza Casserole
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (8 oz) cans pizza sauce
  • 1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms & liquid
  • 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 cups rotini, cooked & drained
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded mozeralla cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in pizza sauce, undrained mushrooms, oregano, garlic salt. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Combine rotini & milk. In a 2 qt. casserole, layer half of each of the meat & rotini mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
  2. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
