Plum Cake

  • PLUM CAKE:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 small (4 oz) jars red plum baby food
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red food color
  • 1 /2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Glaze:
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Plum cake: Mix together in order given. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cool about 15 minutes before removing it from the pan.
  3. Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and milk ·and pour over cake while still warm.
