Polynesian Pork Chops

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups cooked Minute Rice
  • Sliced green onions
DIRECTIONS
  1. Season chops with garlic.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion.
  4. Add soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy and honey.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
  7. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
