Ponzu Sauce
  • 4 TBLS soy sauce
  • 2 TBLS rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 TBLS brown sugar
  • 1 TBLS fresh orange juice
  • 1 TBLS fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 TBLS very finely snipped fresh chives
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve with sushi, tatake, as a fondue dipper or try it to replace plain soy sauce!
I've been trying to recreate the Ponzu sauce at my favorite sushi restaurant that closed. This is pretty close!
