Poppy Seed Cake

- 3 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 8 oz oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (13 oz) can milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (10 oz) jar poppy seeds
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- Powdered sugar, garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix well in large mixing bowl the first eight ingredients.
- Add poppy seeds and chopped nuts.
- Bake in a greased Bundt pan for 50–60 minutes at 350° F. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
