Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cup coarse cracker crumbs
  • Poppy seed
  1. Cook chicken and cut meat into small pieces. Mix sour cream and undiluted soup; add chicken. Stir to coat chicken. Melt margarine; add crack crumbs. Toss to mix thoroughly. Put chicken mixture into greased baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
