Pork Chop Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 75
- One 6 ounce package of long grain and wild rice mix
- 2 cups of hot water
- 4 1/2 inch thick bone in pork loin chops, trimmed
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- One 10 3/4 ounce can of condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup of milk
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the rice, seasoning packet from rice mix, and hot water, place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
- Set aside.
- Sprinkle the pork chops with pepper and place over the rice mixture.
- Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour.
- Uncover the casserole, and combine the cream
- of celery soup and milk, and pour over the casserole.
- Bake the casserole, uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through.
