Pork Chops in Marsalla Wine
  • 4 thick-cut pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  1. 1. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat; slowly brown chops on both sides
  2. then remove from skillet.
  3. 2. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet; add mushrooms and sauté 2 minutes. Add
  4. garlic and sauté for l minute. Return chops to the skillet; add wine and simmer a few minutes.
