Pork Chops in a Can

INGREDIENTS
  • Ingredients:
  • -1 thin boneless pork chop per person (6)
  • -Baby carrots (half a small bag)
  • -Potatoes (red so you don’t have to peel them) (5)
  • -Onions (2)
  • -Little bit of oil
  • -Butter
  • -Salt and pepper
  • -Coffee can ( 1 per serving)
  • Required Equipment:
  • -Tin foil
  • -Coffee cans (or Dutch Oven may be used)
  • -Fire
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cooking Instructions:
  2. -Wash all veggies
  3. -Clean coffee cans thoroughly
  4. -Then put a little bit of butter\oil in bottom of each can
  5. -Brown each pork chop over fire
  6. -After they are browned, put 1-2 (depending on the size) in the bottom of each can
  7. -Add salt and pepper
  8. -Add baby carrots
  9. -Diced potatoes, and onions
  10. -Put a little butter in each can
  11. -Cover with foil
  12. -Then place on fire (coals) for about 20-40 minutes
  13. -Stir every now and then
  14. -ENJOY
