Pork Chops with Herb Mustard Butter
  • Cooking Time: 10 min under broiler
  • Servings: 4 servings (adjust as needed)
  • Preparation Time: 15 min
  • 4 1/2 inch thick bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 C (2 oz) softened
  • 1/4 C chopped flatleaf parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh sage
  1. Heat broiler with oven rack 5 inches from heat. Sprinkle cops evenly with salt and pepper and place on wire rack in a foil-lined broiler pan.
  2. Mix together butter, parsley, honey mustard and sage in a small bowl until blended. Top each chop with 1 round tablespoon of the butter mixture.
  3. broil 8-10 min or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Garnish with additional parsley.
Super easy and tasty. Pork makes a nice alternative to chicken and beef.
