Pork Chops with Herb Mustard Butter
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10 min under broiler
- Servings: 4 servings (adjust as needed)
- Preparation Time: 15 min
- 4 1/2 inch thick bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 C (2 oz) softened
- 1/4 C chopped flatleaf parsley, plus more for garnish
- 2 Tbsp honey mustard
- 1 tsp chopped fresh sage
DIRECTIONS
- Heat broiler with oven rack 5 inches from heat. Sprinkle cops evenly with salt and pepper and place on wire rack in a foil-lined broiler pan.
- Mix together butter, parsley, honey mustard and sage in a small bowl until blended. Top each chop with 1 round tablespoon of the butter mixture.
- broil 8-10 min or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Garnish with additional parsley.
