Pork Chops with Herb Mustard Butter

  • 4 1/2 inch thick bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 C (2 oz) softened
  • 1/4 C chopped flatleaf parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh sage
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat broiler with oven rack 5 inches from heat. Sprinkle cops evenly with salt and pepper and place on wire rack in a foil-lined broiler pan.
  2. Mix together butter, parsley, honey mustard and sage in a small bowl until blended. Top each chop with 1 round tablespoon of the butter mixture.
  3. broil 8-10 min or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Garnish with additional parsley.
