Pork Stew
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb pork cut into cubes(I used port tenderloin)
- 2 Cans Cream of Celery soup
- 11?2 Cups Chicken broth or Apple Juice
- 2 med. red potatoes cut in chunks
- 3 carrots cut diagonally sliced
- 3 Cups chopped cabbage
- 1?2 Cup Milk
DIRECTIONS
- In 4 qt. sauce pan brown pork.
- Add soup and broth (or apple juice which ever one you prefer) bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 30 min, stirring occasionally.
- Add potatoes and carrots and cook for 10 minutes more.
- Add cabbage and cook,covered, for 15 min or until veggies are tender.
