Pork Stuffed Squash
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 can water chestnuts, minced
  • 1 tbsp. minced ginger root
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 crook neck squash
  1. Cut each squash in half lengthwise. Hollow out leaving a 2/3 inch thick outer shell. Mix remaining ingredients together and stuff the squash. Place stuffed squash in a single layer in a lightly greased baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into serving portions
