Pork Tenderloin Roast with Applewood Smoked Sea Salt

  • olive oil
  • Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. Allow pork tenderloin to come to room temp before roasting. Remove silverskin from pork tenderloin because silverskin does not melt like other fat when roasted. Rub roast with olive oil, and then sprinkle over all with Applewood Smoked Salt and freshly ground pepper. Roast in an oven preheated to 450F for about 25 minutes or until instant thermometer registers 145F. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving. Serve with pan juices.
