Pork and Bean Bread
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 50 to 60
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 cups flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix raisins with boiling water.
  2. Stir and set aside.
  3. Beat eggs, oil, sugar, and pork and beans till all beans are broken up.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Add nuts and vanilla.
  6. Drain raisins and add to mixture.
  7. Stir in well.
  8. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.
  9. Bake at 325* for 50 to 60 min.
