Portabello Mushroom Pizza served with Sweet Potato

  • 3 Portabello caps
  • 5 Tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Toppings: (Your Choice)
  • Green pepper
  • Onions
  • Tomato
  • Olives
  • Pepperoni
  • Sausage
  1. Pizza: Lightly prepare the portobello mushrooms by cleaning with a dry paper towel. On a sheet pan, position mushrooms underside up. Add tomato sauce, cheese and other toppings. Top off with black pepper and/or italian blend seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
  2. Side: Bake a sweet potato for 30 minutes, cut in half and drizzle almond butter on top (optional). Save the other half for later :)
