DIRECTIONS
  1. Rinse whole chicken. Place in roasting pan.Rub oil on chicken followed
  2. by italian seasoning mix over all. Add approx. 2 c. water then add
  3. approx 1 c. red wine vinegar. Bake at 375 degrees for 2 hrs.
