Pot Roast Dips

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 White Onions, Sliced
  • 1 pkg Dry Au Jus Mix
  • 2 lb Beef Roast
  • 12 Hoagie Rolls, Split
  • Sliced Bell Peppers Of Choice
  • Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
DIRECTIONS
  1. *Stir together water, onion, au jus mix in a slow cooker; Add beef, cover, and cook on high for 5 hours, or until tender
  2. *When tender, shred with two forks, and continue cooking on low for to 2 hours
  3. *Open and toast hoagie buns, spoon meat mixture into center, top with peppers and cheese, and broil until cheese is melted

  5. *Don't have time for slow cooker, you can substitute with sliced roast beef and au jus mix, follow directions on au jus packet and follow the serving directions from here
