Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 T. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint (or 2 cups) of sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • Topping:
  • Box of corn flakes (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients and put in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking oil.
  2. Top with corn flakes
  3. Drizzle melted butter over corn flakes
  4. Cook at 350 for 60 minutes.

This was given to me when I worked at a local Tea Room. They usually served this with a muffin or quiche
