Potluck chili cheese dip

  • 3 cans premade chili with beans (I like hormel)
  • 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Sour cream and sliced green onion on side for garnish if you want (I don't bother)
  • Fritos scoops - you can use any corn chip, but I think these work the best
  1. Place all ingredients in crock pot and set on medium low, stirring occasionally until ingredients are all well incorporated.
  2. Once incorporated, set on low with lid on, and stir occasionally to make sure nothing burns on the bottom.
  3. Enjoy!
I used work in an office where we would occasionally have pot lucks, and this chili cheese dip is so easy I couldn't believe it - I don't make it much for myself (because I would eat it all!), but it is always a hit when we have get togethers!
