Pressure Cooker pinto bean

  • 1 pound dry pinto beans, sorted and soaked in water overnight. Water should cover beans 3 inches above the beans.
  • 2 or more Smoked neck bone
  • 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tablespoons soul Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoons Minced Garlicng
  • 1 cup onion minced
  • 1 cup Celery
  1. Drain pinto beans and place in Pressure Cooker. Place Smoked neck bone over top. Cover with water, With inch of water over the top. Season with rest of seasoning and set Pressure Cooker for 90 min. Season to taste with salt. Enjoy
