Pretzel Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1.5 stick butter
- 2 cups crush pretzels (you can put pretzels in a ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin...or the more fun way is to put the bag on the ground and stomp on them)
- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups whipped cream
- 2 pkg (3 oz each) strawberry jello
- 2 cup hot pineapple juice
- 2 boxes frozen strawberry and juice (10 oz each)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix crushed pretzels and sugar, and spread in a 13x9 pan.
- In bowl, use mixer to blend cream cheese, sugar and whipped cream. Spread mixture over the pretzels in the 13x9 pan.
- In another bowl, dissolve jello in the hot pineapple juice. Add strawberried and juice to jello. Let set partially.
- Spread jello mix over top of cream cheese. Chill under jello is set.
