Priscilla's Corn Casserole

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons onion, grated
  • 2 cups crushed saltine crackers
  • 12 oz swiss cheese, cubed
  • salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Drain whole corn, reserve 1/4 cup liquid. Beat eggs and add corns, liquid, milk, butter and onion. Fold in crackers and cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a 2 quart casserole.
