Prosciutto Wrapped Shrip with Rosemary and Stilton

INGREDIENTS
- 20 uncooked large shrimp (peeled with tails on)
- 1 Tbl chopped fresh rosemary
- Balsamic vinegar
- Proscuitto (or bacon)
- Crumbled Stilton cheese (you can substitute gorgonzola or blue cheese)
- Black pepper, dash
- toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
- Arrange shrimp on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary, pepper and several splashes of balsamic vinegar. Wrap each shrimp in proscuitto and secure with a toothpick.
- Preheat broiler. Broil shrimp 4-5 inches from broiler. Watch carefully to prevent burning, 5 min per side. Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with cheese.
