Protein Oat Bars
  • 4 scoops. Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup. Oat Flour
  • 1 1/4 cup. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp. Sunbutter
  • 1/3 cup. Brown Rice Syrup
  • 1/2 cup. Almond Milk
  • optional: white chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut
  1. Pre Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Once mixed, press into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let cool once they are done, and cut into bars.
