Protein chocolate cheesecake

  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  • Servings: 6-12 cups
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 1x 8oz pkg fat free cream cheese
  • 1 scoop choc protein powder (or can be any flavor)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 3tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup splenda (or stevia, truvia, etc to sweeten)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together. Pour into 6-12 muffin cups (depends how large you want the cakes)
  2. Bake 350 for 20 mins.
  3. Top with whatever you like (ie: berries, light whip cream, greek yogurt, peanut butter, etc!)
