Pulled Pork or Chicken Sandwiches
INGREDIENTS
  • Boneless pork roast or boneless chicken breasts
  • 1-2 bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients into a crockpot on low heat.
  2. Cover and allow to cook for 8 hours.
  3. The meat will be tender enough to shred with 2 forks and use easily in pulled pork or chicken sandwiches.
